First room had dirty tub & toilet was incessantly running & couldnt flush. Got reassigned to new room & new room had the air conditioning unit falling apart. At least it was clean though.

This was a nice place, but could use a few updates. We are used to staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Chattanooga which is much nicer and more updates than the Knoxville location, but the same price range I expected this location to be the same level as the Chattanooga location, but it was not.

Overall, it is a nice and clean hotel. The location is near the highways but it is a bit far from Knoxville downtown if someone prefers to stay within the city.
