Clean, easy to find. Close to everything I needed
Clean & friendly. There are two individuals who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. First is Ms. Sharon. She has the best southern personality and greeted us with open arms. Like we were family. And the other individual was Billy the cook and oversaw the breakfast area. They both are the best. They both should be recognized by the Hilton Hotel for outstanding employees!

I didn’t eat at the hotel because of previous plans with friends but the location and dining area looked great. I also appreciated the food items and drinks for sale. The parking situation was really good. Well lighted and felt safe when returning late at night. Sharen at check in was so friendly. The night desk person was also very nice. The staff is a huge asset!

We thought this was a very pleasant , quiet hotel with big airy rooms. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of places to eat just a few hundred yards away.

Great breakfast and staff. Front desk staff also very helpful. Pet charge was very acceptable as compared to the competition. This was the main reason to choose this location! Elevators were very clean and well maintained. Staff was seen multiple times wiping down the elevators.
First room had dirty tub & toilet was incessantly running & couldn’t flush. Got reassigned to new room & new room had the air conditioning unit falling apart. At least it was clean though.

This was a nice place, but could use a few updates. We are used to staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Chattanooga which is much nicer and more updates than the Knoxville location, but the same price range I expected this location to be the same level as the Chattanooga location, but it was not.
